!AppendGoals.txt is an optional text file that can be placed in the bot's directory to function as Global Goals for your accounts. 

!AppendGoals.txt is loaded last, after !PrependGoals.txt and city goals. It is loaded before !NewCityScript.txt or !NewCityGoals.txt in the case of newly built or captured cities.
