AppendGoals.txt is an optional text file that can be placed in the bot's directory to function as Global Goals for your accounts.

AppendGoals.txt is loaded last, after PrependGoals.txt and city goals. It is loaded before NewCityScript.txt or NewCityGoals.txt in the case of newly built or captured cities.
