NEATO is a personal web-server, Skype alert notifier, account info management, and more all-in-one package that's super easy to install and use. Your bot will be able to communicate with the webserver using the POST and GET commands, and the webserver will use php scripts to do stuff with whatever your bot sends.

Follow these few steps to get yourself started and launched into the NEATO experiance.

Step one, Download the NEATOSetup.exe file and run it

Step two, in the window that appears click next:

Step three, in the window that appears click next:

Step four, in the window that appears click Install:

Step five, in the window that appears click Finish:

Step six, in your favorate browser navigate to http://localhost:82/
